When entering a contract with Cooking for Cavendish you will agree to the terms and conditions detailed in this document. The event will take place on the 21/03/21, the contract will end upon this date at 11:59pm. The cost of the ticket is £18 and includes a Cooking for Cavendish gift box and a live stream link to the event. Please note the price of the ticket does not include the ingredients needed to cook the dishes prepared at the event. Shipping costs are included, and the gift box should arrive before the event, although please note once the parcel is in the hands of our third-party mail distributors, we accept no responsibility for any damages or lost parcels. If this situation does occur, we urge attendees to email us at districtevents4@gmail.com.

 

We have a no returns policy as 100% of the profits will go towards the work of Cavendish Cancer Care. If unfortunately, an element of the event fails to meet the promises made in this contract, then attendees can formally complain at districtevents4@gmail.com. This will be acknowledged and discussed by a member of our team and an agreement will be made with the attendee on compensation.

 

The district event team and the sponsors involved in the production of Cooking for Cavendish own the visual and audio materials used at the event, so please refrain from recording any footage for commercial purposes.

 

Any changes made to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the participants over email.
